Have you completed at least 60 credits toward your bachelor's degree program in Special Education? You do not qualify for CREATE, since the first requirement is that you must be employed full-time in a South Carolina public school or district. Thank you for your interest in CREATE.

Dr. Joe Sutton In order to be eligible for CREATE, you must (a) be enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in special education at one of the participating colleges in CREATE (see Map of CREATE Centers), and (b) have completed at least 60 credits toward your degree program.
